Caity Jacobson is a Client Service Associate at Fortress Financial Group, where she plays a crucial role in helping support a smooth client experience. With a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a minor in business administration, she leverages her academic background to connect with clients personally, helping clients feel heard, valued, and informed throughout the service process.

Approach

Before joining Fortress, Caity developed strong problem-solving and multitasking skills in previous roles that required efficiency, adaptability, and relationship-building. She now applies these abilities to her work, expertly managing client paperwork and creating a welcoming environment for every visitor. Her warm and personable approach sets the tone for every client interaction.

She believes that building strong, trusted relationships is the foundation of great service and takes pride in making every client interaction a positive experience.

Beyond the office

Beyond the office, Caity enjoys hiking, reading, and spending quality time with her husband, Jeremy, a Cannon Falls Police Officer, and their two children.
