According to the Department of Labor, for the first time since April of 2010, women make up the majority of the US workforce.
As of the end of December 2019, there were a total of 76,246,000 women that were working full-time versus 76,137,000 men working full-time.
In the last 12 months, 1,520,000 working women have secured jobs, which is more than double the 596,000 men that have joined the workforce in the last 12 months.
